All Our Dishes Are Made From Scratch in Store, and Are Packed With Italian Flavour and Goodness.
The fundamental elements of all WOLF dishes are fantastic fresh produce of the highest quality, hand-preparation by expert chefs, and adaptability – we give you the option to tailor each dish to suit you. The end result is always delicious.
All of our meat is sourced from British farms, where the animals have had a happy, outdoor life. We marinade each cut in our chefs’ mixture of herbs and spices, for a minimum of 24 hours. This ensures a rich flavour and meat that is incredibly tender before it hits the heat!
Our deli counters are bursting with Italian delights like seasonal salad leaves, freshly made bruschetta, Tuscan beans and shaved Parmesan, alongside tempting classics like mixed peppers and ripe avocados.
WOLF homemade sauces are unique to us, and have been created by our Italian Executive Chef to complement all dishes, and give our customers a variety of flavour options to choose from. Even the pesto sauces stand out from the crowd.
Our fresh penne and spaghettini pasta dishes are a tempting and nutritious option. Topped with marinated meats and classic WOLF sauces, the finished dishes are always alive with Italian flavour.
Our pizza dough is hand stretched and stone baked to create an authentic Italian-style, thin crust pizza. Just add your choice of fresh toppings and tuck in.
Our coffee is something we have searched the length and breadth of Italy for - a tough task, but someone had to do it! We finally fell in love with Portioli, a small family run roaster in Milan, which happens to be one of the oldest roasters in the country. Every WOLF store has a fully trained Barista to ensure that every coffee we serve is up to our exacting standards.
Steak Parmesan Alfredo piada
A thin, hand-rolled Italian wrap, baked on a stone grill. Filled with marinated and chargrilled British steak, mushrooms and courgettes, and covered with flavoursome Parmesan alfredo sauce.
Mediterranean Veg & Feta pasta
Fresh durum wheat penne or spaghettini, served with roasted mixed peppers; mushrooms, courgettes and red onion; all tossed in a classic pomodoro sauce.
Lemon Chicken Pesto salad
Fresh, seasonal greens served with lemon chicken, sun dried tomatoes, red onion and mixed peppers, all tossed in homemade basil pesto.
The Italian Pulled Pork Focaccia
‘Just baked’ bread, loaded with slow cooked Italian pulled pork, mozzarella, fresh rocket leaves, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
